While each team member brings a unique background and area of expertise, we share a common goal: Helping families move from confusion and guessing to greater understanding, clarity, and hope.

Dr. Piper Gibson, PhD

Founder & Clinical Director

Before I was helping families professionally, I was a mother searching for answers for my own child.

What began as a tic disorder diagnosis eventually became a much bigger journey involving multiple symptoms, specialists, medications, and years of unanswered questions. Like many parents who find us, I spent countless hours researching, learning, and trying to understand why so many symptoms seemed connected while struggling to find anyone who could help us make sense of the bigger picture.

That experience changed the direction of my life. Today, through Regenerating Health, I help families move from confusion and guessing to a clearer understanding of the patterns that may be contributing to their child’s symptoms. My work focuses on helping families understand how factors such as nervous system regulation, gut health, immune function, inflammation, environmental stressors, genetics, nutrition, and other underlying contributors may interact together in ways that are often overlooked.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is helping families feel seen, understood, and supported as they navigate complex health challenges. I believe that when symptoms do not fully make sense, parents deserve more than reassurance- they deserve understanding.

Danielle Goetzinger

Parent Advocate | Certified Health Coach | Educator

Like many of the families we serve, my journey into this work began as a parent searching for answers.

After spending years navigating complex symptoms, specialists, therapies, medications, and conflicting recommendations within my own family, I developed a deep appreciation for how overwhelming and isolating these journeys can feel. I understand what it is like to spend countless hours researching, asking questions, and trying to make sense of symptoms that do not seem to fit neatly into a single explanation.

Today, I work alongside Dr. Piper Gibson helping families navigate that same uncertainty. I have the privilege of speaking with parents every day who are trying to better understand tics, anxiety, OCD tendencies, sensory sensitivities, emotional dysregulation, gut issues, PANS/PANDAS concerns, and other complex symptom patterns affecting their children. My role is to listen, help families feel understood, answer questions, and guide them as they explore whether a root-cause functional medicine approach may be appropriate for their child.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is helping parents move from confusion and guessing toward greater clarity, confidence, and understanding. I believe that every family deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered as they navigate decisions about their child’s health and future.

My faith, my family, and a deep desire to help others better understand their health have shaped the work I do today.

After raising four children and spending more than a decade living in different countries around the world, I developed a unique appreciation for the many factors that can influence health and wellness. Those experiences, combined with my work supporting families facing chronic symptoms and complex health challenges, led me to Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and a passion for helping people uncover the deeper patterns that may be affecting their well-being.

Today, I work closely with families navigating concerns involving digestion, immune health, stress resilience, sleep, nutrition, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness. At Regenerating Health, I partner with Dr. Piper Gibson and our team to help families better understand their child’s unique symptom patterns and support them throughout the implementation process.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping families move from feeling overwhelmed and uncertain to feeling informed, empowered, and hopeful about the path forward. I believe every child has a unique story, and every family deserves the opportunity to better understand the bigger picture behind their child’s symptoms.

Alvin B. Franco, RN

Registered Nurse | Family Health Specialist | Client Care Coordinator

One of the most important parts of supporting families is making sure they never feel like they are navigating this journey alone.

As a Registered Nurse and Family Health Specialist at Regenerating Health, I work closely with Dr. Piper Gibson, Holly Spears, and our clinical team to help families understand and implement their individualized programs with confidence and support. Many clients first meet me after receiving their test results and personalized recommendations, and I help guide them through questions related to nutrition, implementation, and day-to-day progress.

Before joining Regenerating Health, I worked as both a Registered Nurse and Head Nurse in Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine. Those experiences taught me the importance of remaining calm during challenging situations, listening carefully, and helping people feel supported when facing uncertainty.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping families feel informed, cared for, and confident as they move forward. I believe that clear communication, compassion, and genuine support can make a meaningful difference in a family’s journey toward better health and understanding.

Before joining the Regenerating Health team, I was a parent searching for answers for my own children.

Our family navigated challenges involving PANDAS, tics, autism, environmental mold exposure, and years of unanswered questions. Like many of the families we serve, we spent a long time trying to understand what was happening and what steps would truly make a difference.

Working with Dr. Piper Gibson became a turning point for our family and ultimately inspired my passion for helping other parents navigate similar journeys.

Bailey Williams

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner

My passion for helping others began in education. As a former high school science teacher, I spent years helping students understand complex concepts and develop confidence in their ability to learn and grow. That love of science, problem-solving, and teaching continues to shape the work I do today.

My interest in functional health became personal after struggling with digestive issues, anxiety, and depression. Through functional lab testing and a deeper understanding of how the body’s systems interact, I gained valuable insights into my own health journey and discovered a new passion for helping others do the same.

Today, as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, I help families better understand the patterns that may be affecting their health and well-being. I enjoy making complex information easier to understand so families can feel informed, confident, and supported as they navigate their path forward.
